Description
The fourth-largest airline in the United States, United has more than 3,000 daily departures to 120 international and 151 domestic destinations. As of March 2007, the airline that started in 1934 (which was then called Varney Speed Lines, named after one of its original owners, Walter T. Valney) has more than 42,000 employees and caters to a lot of business travelers. That said, it makes sense that its motto is "Work hard. Fly right."
