On the pitch, the squad is led by head coach Michael Bradley, former captain of the United States Men's National Team. Their home, Sports Illustrated Stadium—a 25,000-seat soccer-specific stadium in Harrison, NJ—is widely considered to be among the top venues of its kind in the country. The team has qualified for the MLS Cup playoffs in numerous seasons, including their second-ever appearance in the MLS Cup Final in 2024.
