Wing On Wo & Co.

Description

Chinatown is built on small family businesses like Wing On Wo: it was founded in the 1890s by Walter Eng, the current owner’s great-great-grandfather. The oldest store in Chinatown still in business, it initially served the local Chinese immigrant community with basic goods from home. Moving to its current location in 1925, today it specializes primarily in Chinese ceramics,  porcelain ware, and cultural goods. In addition to beautifully decorated tea sets and dinnerware, expect jewelry, planters, vases and hand-painted statues.
