Classy mademoiselles looking for traditional baubles can nab sterling-silver heart-shaped lockets ($375), diamond scroll rings set in platinum ($9,500) and silver cuffs inscribed with the Tiffany name ($950). Black onyx bead necklaces with sterling-silver toggles ($550) and diamond-and-platinum flower-shaped studs ($4,300) are worthy of Audrey Hepburn herself.
