There are 24 varieties on display, from peanut butter and jelly to matcha green tea. Susanna Yoon is no baker gone bonkers but a meticulously trained chocolatier from Per Se who also crafts fabulous caramels, brittles, nut butters and cakes that can be special ordered for any kind of occasion.
