Description

Woman-owned and operated Roni-Sue’s celebrates the vivacity of high quality ingredients—from the bounty at the local NYC greenmarkets to their partnership with MOHO Chocolate Company in Belize—to serve up creative confections that surprise and delight. Each treat that comes out of their kitchen is hand-crafted to perfection so the fullest expression of flavor shines though. Following in the entrepreneurial footsteps of her mother, Rhonda Kave opened Roni-Sue’s in 2007, claiming her namesake sign from the clothing store her mother owned to carry on the legacy in a new way. Sharon Hoahing is the general manager. Together this two-woman team makes, bakes, and operates Roni-Sue’s Chocolates. They also offer public and private chocolate classes that teach "all of Roni-Sue's secrets."
