Eating healthier chocolate doesn't have to mean eating inferior-tasting chocolate—Fine & Raw uses raw food techniques to create chocolate confections cooked with low heat, and sweetened with wholly natural products like agave. These low-glycemic-index chocolates are produced inside the shop's onsite factory, where patrons can drop by, sip an espresso from the shop's coffee bar and watch how a cocoa bean becomes a delicious chocolate bar.
