"The pencil will never become obsolete" is the motto of this quirky-cool Lower East Side store, which displays and sells the writing tools in all of their unique glory. Founded in 2014 by Caroline Weaver, who has loved pencils all her life, the store is part store and part smartly curated exhibition. Sharpeners, notebooks, erasers and books are sold, too.
