Description
For Asian noodle fans, Yuan is an exciting destination with a copper-toned bar and mostly communal tables, the walls enlivened with dramatic Chinese images. Flavors are styled after what’s found in the Yunnan province, the specialty being mi fen (rice noodles), bathed in broth with braised beef, for instance, or in a stir-fry with shrimp. Dim sum is great for starters, such as sticky rice purple yam pancakes and pork buns with a sweet crust.
