Description

Toraji is a "yakiniku" style BBQ restaurant, and their first shop was established in 1995 in a small backstreet in Ebisu in Tokyo's Shibuya-ku. The owners felt that serving thicker cuts of meat would convey their delicious taste better, so they offered what at the time were unusually thick cuts. A meal starts with "namuru" and "kimchi" Korean-style steamed and pickeled vegetables, continuing with tongue, ribs and/or outside skirt, and finishes with cold noodles or a "pibimpab" Korean-style mixed rice bowl. Toraji is committed to providing guests withan authentic yakiniku experience.
