Victor

Victor is an easygoing neighborhood restaurant, with a focus on quality ingredients and light, bright and flavorful cuisine inspired by Southern Europe and the Mediterranean. The menu is rounded out with a beverage list focused on natural and organic wines, local beers and cocktails both original and classic. Chefs Ryan Angulo and Ian Alvarez first met over a decade ago and have worked on many projects together including Ryan's neighborhood fave French Louie in Boerum Hill. After 13 years of friendship and collaboration the two opened Victor as partners and co-executive chefs in the spring of 2021.
