Description
Utsav, a woman-owned, bi-level restaurant serving Indian cuisine to NYC for 24 years, is uniquely located on a skywalk between two buildings near Times Square. A bar on the lower level offers daily Happy Hour specials, and a large dining room on the second floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooks a plaza. A smaller private dining room accommodates parties up to 25 people. Owner Nandita Khanna brings Indo-Chinese recipes from her family's restaurants in Calcutta and Tokyo back home to NYC. Utsav recently introduced a new menu of Bengali cuisine from Nandita’s hometown of Calcutta.
