Description

Togyushi is a progressive Japanese dining destination centered on the art of wagyu tasting. Bringing the rare GI Zao Wagyu from Yamagata, sourced exclusively from female cattle, to Midtown Manhattan, Togyushi invites guests to explore wagyu in its purest form. The restaurant blends two experiences: a fine dining omakase counter showcasing traditional techniques like warayaki straw-searing and rice-bran fermentation, and a more casual wagyu bistro bar and lounge offering small plates, signature cocktails and Japanese vinyl culture.
