The menu changes frequently, but its creativity is constant: there might be plum-hued chicken liver mousse whipped with red verjus and Armagnac, topped with salty-sweet roasted cashews and paired with a salad of shaved celery and apples. Solo freelancers nestle in the sunlit, white-tiled diner with their laptops, taking advantage of the free WiFi. For those who like company, there's a long communal table.
