The Purple Tongue

Description

The Purple Tongue is a new restaurant and wine bar in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen. The bar offers hand-selected red and white wines that perfectly complement the southern Italian cuisine. The menu features selections such as delicious short ribs, with slow roasted with polenta, pan seared wild salmon with olives, capers and sun dried tomatoes, as well as cappelletti, filled with ricotta and spinach, sautéed in butter and sage. The beautiful cozy space features portraiture paintings by local artist Ned Martin.
