The Grill

Description

The Grill is the abridged name for what used to be the Grill Room in the iconic Four Seasons restaurant, designed by Philip Johnson. The landmark space in the Seagram Building still attracts movers and shakers. Mario Carbone, a chef-partner at Major Food Group (Carbone, Santina), dreamed up the menu, an homage to old-school American restaurants: there’s avocado crab Louis, lobster à la Newburg, Dover sole, and classic steaks and chops. Tableside preparations and trolley service add drama.
