The Four Seasons Restaurant

Out of Business

Description

The storied Four Seasons Restaurant is back, now located near its original Seagram Building site. Designed by Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, the bilevel space is stunning and exudes a mid-century modern flair. As before, Alex von Bidder and Julian Niccolini are in charge, but there are new faces in the kitchen. Executive chef Diego Garcia (Le Bernardin, Gloria) has refreshed the New American menu while retaining familiar favorites like steak tartare, Dover sole meunière and duck with cherry sauce for two. The new pastry chef is Bill Yosses, dubbed the “Crustmaster” by his former boss at the White House, President Obama.
