The Flying Cow

Out of Business

Description

Behind a white iron picket fence and lace curtains lies a small, narrow Brooklyn steak house/grill with Argentine leanings. There is a compact bar and a gold-painted pressed-tin ceiling set with rustic chandeliers and revolving fans that keep the scent of sizzling steaks circulating. In addition to the cuts of meat are a few fish dishes, plus a vegetable stew for the vegetarian in your group. It's more of a homespun neighborhood spot than Peter Luger Steak House, with a young, fresh-faced staff.
