The Fly

Description

Bed-Stuy’s The Fly eases decision-making. There’s a short menu of crisp-skinned rotisserie chicken, a chicken sandwich, long-cooked greens, salad, baskets of well-seasoned fries and that’s about it. Drinks are more wide-ranging, with classic cocktails and natural wines from France as well as those from lesser-known vineyards in Slovenia and the Canary Islands. It’s a larger operation from the hip restaurateurs behind Hart’s and Cervo’s, with a wraparound bar and wooden booths up front and additional seating in back.
