The Den

The Den at Hyatt Herald Square New York, headed up by executive chef Gunnar Steden, is an intimate bar and restaurant featuring upscale American bistro cuisine with fresh, seasonal ingredients, along with a dedicated cocktail menu of seasonally inspired drinks and creatively infused spirits. Designed with pops of color and varied textures, the library-inspired lounge features comfortable seating and a bookshelf with media- and fashion-focused literature. The Den also offers a private dining area with modern, mid-century banquettes and quilted chairs.
