The Japanese-Korean barbecue fare at Takashi has diners lining up at opening hours. They only serve dinner and don’t take reservations for parties fewer than four, so get there early if you want to secure a spot. Diners are supplied with their own grill, raw meats and sauces, and everything is cooked right at your table with the help of a server. Specials on the menu (and crowd favorites) include the KFC—kobe beef tartare, foie gras and caviar—filet mignon steak with garlic butter dip and A5 wagyu prime rib.
