Ignacia Hernandez emigrated from Mexico to New York City at 15 with the dream of opening her own business one day. After two decades working in NYC bakeries, including Clinton Street Baking Company, she has brought her passion for fresh homemade breads, cakes and food to Washington Heights. You can sample the pancakes, biscuits, tortas, pastries and much more at breakfast, lunch, and dinner; coffees, fresh fruit juices, smoothies and desserts are also on the menu.
