The clean, blond wood interior looks like your typical sushi joint, but what sets it apart is meticulously prepared, fresh fish that doesn’t break the bank. Omakase starts at under $60. Spectacularly light chicken katsu is also a standout. The space has just 10 counter seats and a compact, narrow dining room—so it’s best to make a reservation.
