Soogil

Description

After working for seven years under chef Daniel Boulud (three as sous chef) and honing his French technique, chef Soogil Lim became executive chef at Hanjan, where he ran the kitchen for four years. With the opening of his own restaurant, Soogil blends the two backgrounds he knows best: French and Korean. His refined French technique infuses with his Korean heritage for exceptional dishes that stay true to both.
