Description
With a name like Slice (stylized as “sLICe”) and the slogan “in crust we trust,” it’s clear that this restaurant takes its pizza seriously. Starting with locally sourced ingredients, the pies are then cooked to perfection in wood-fired ovens. Patrons swear by the grandma pie and the specialty pizzas like vodka, buffalo chicken ranch and artichoke spinach dip. Italian staples and snacks like mozzarella balls, meatballs, pastas and chicken entrées round out the menu. Seating is tight, with just a small row of tables inside, but there’s a more spacious patio out back if you don’t plan to take your food to go.
