Sally's Southern is Staten Island's only southern comfort restaurant, serving craft cocktails, an extensive beer and bourbon list, and gourmet southern fare. The West Brighton restaurant gets its name from co-owner Phil Farinacci’s late mother, Sally Curtis. Some of her recipes are followed as a tribute.
