Description
A steakhouse in Staten Island, Ruddy & Deans is a great place to grab some grub before catching a nearby Staten Island Yankees home game. It also boasts views of the Manhattan skyline and New York Harbor, which complement the cuisine prepared by a kitchen crew full of graduates from the Culinary Institute of America. Tradition is key, as owner Danny Mills named the joint after his grandmothers, Grandma Ruddy and Grandma Dean. Mills takes tradition a step further by searing steaks in cast iron pans and finishing them off in high heat, just like his grandmothers did.
