Renaissance Harlem

Description

Born in Senegal, first cousins chef Cisse Elhadji and chef Cheikh Ali moved to the United States in 1995, and worked many years under the tutelage of chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Daniel Boulud. As executive chef/owners of Renaissance Harlem, their third venture as restaurateurs and their most ambitious project to date, they bring their culinary creations to new heights. Its menu reflects creative and succulent cuisine with flavors that capture the combination of cultures and foods found in Harlem.
