Owners Dario and Pierpaolo opened Regional in 2006 following their success with sister restaurants like La Giara and La Gioconda. Regional features the cuisine of the many different districts of the Italian peninsula—from Sicily to Tuscany, Lombardy to Val d'Aosta—paired with a wine list of about 50 Italian wines including red, white and sparkling.
