Randall’s Barbecue

Out of Business

Description

Smoked chopped chicken liver isn’t something you see every day at a barbecue joint, but Randall’s isn’t your everyday barbecue joint. This place embraces its Lower East Side surroundings by, for example, offering pastrami on a Kossar’s bialy (super fresh, since Kossar’s is a couple of doors down). The unfussy space has a bar and communal tables, and is owned and operated by Jared Male (ex-Hill Country Barbecue and Dinosaur). We particularly recommend his smoked turkey, tender brisket and rich pork ribs, which effortlessly separate from the bone.
