Located in Gowanus’ former ASPCA headquarters, Public Records offers an entirely vegan menu and curates cultural events, such as live jazz in their garden. Plastic-free, the restaurant side serves vegetable-forward fusion dishes combining elements of Mediterranean and Korean cuisine, as well as a variety of specialty cocktails.
