Po’Mi offers New Orleans po’boys and Vietnamese banh mi, two of the best sandwiches ever invented. The duo headlining this Bed-Stuy storefront is Holly Sheppard and Savannah Jordan, whose respective résumés include Gramercy Tavern, Le Bernardin and Mary’s Fish Camp. On the po’boy side, slow-smoked pork butt is the best. Grilled pork and citrusy grilled shrimp are the way to go for a spicy banh mi.
