Out of Business

Description

In 1993, Steven Crane and former partner, celebrity chef Mario Batali, opened Pó in the heart of the West Village. Today, Chef Lee McGrath produces delicious, critically acclaimed Italian cuisine—with the help of the family-owned specialty shops that deliver their fresh ingredients and produce from around the neighborhood. Guests are greeted by GM Fredi Romero, who individually seats patrons at the white clothed tables and oversees an exceptional staff, all of whom are knowledgeable about the extensive wine list. The menu is bursting with contemporary gourmet dishes, like white bean ravioli in a balsamic brown butter sauce and grilled Guinea hen with pumpkin, while still featuring a few more traditional plates, like the Gnocchi a'll Telefono with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
