Plue, which takes its name from a vining plant native to Southeast Asia, offers a contemporary menu that combines fresh, local, and seasonal produce with Thai flavors to elevate the comfort and warmth of traditional dishes. Chef and owner Kim Chaimongkolchai, who started his culinary journey in his native Thailand and later attended The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, has over a decade of experience in both Western and Thai cuisines. He aims to enrich New York City with contemporary Thai flavors.
