Peggy's
Description
Peggy's is named in loving memory of owner Steven's late mother, Peggy (Florence) Saslow. Peggy was an educator whose passion and dedication left a lasting impact on generations of students. Her legacy lives on not only in spirit but also through the kitchen, where her cherished family recipes (most notably her brisket and matzo ball soup) have become signature favorites on the menu. At Peggy’s, the passion for food shines through in every bite. From sourcing the finest ingredients to perfecting each recipe, they’re driven by a deep commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Their signature pizza dough was carefully developed through countless hours of testing, and it's topped with fresh mozzarella that's pulled in-house. They craft their traditional Romanian Mici with a house-ground sausage blend, and even the fries are hand-cut to order—because every detail matters.
