Parm

Description

Parm, a retro diner with vintage wallpaper and red vinyl counter stools, is a full-service restaurant that celebrates classic Italian-American cuisine. Parm is owned and operated by Major Food Group, a New York-based restaurant group founded by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick. Chicken parm and roasted turkey sandwiches are the main events here, supplemented by sides of locally sourced vegetables and antipasti. The team has such a devoted following and their spaces are so compact, there's frequently a line. It's worth the wait.
