The menu features hand-selected USDA Prime dry aged cuts, each aged for at least 28 days in the LaFrieda Himalayan Salt Room. In celebration of traditional Greek cooking, Parea Prime also offers a dynamic range of classic dishes. Selections include tender lamb riblets, slow-braised octopus and a hearty vegetable moussaka.
