Restaurants /Palermo Argentinian Bistro - Gramercy
NYC Tourism + Conventions Member: Yes
A warmly lit, modern restaurant with wooden floors, tan chairs, white tablecloths, and a bar with high stools. Bottles line the shelves, and decorative plants hang on the walls. The space appears inviting and cozy.
Exterior of Palermo Argentinian Bistro with a glass door, blue window frames, hanging lights, a green plant, and a yellow sign displaying the restaurant name on a white brick wall. Tables are set on the patio.
A lineup of four assorted cocktails in different glasses sits on a bar, including a salted-rim drink with lime, a coupe glass with a pale cocktail, a tall orange drink with ice and garnish, and a copper mug with mint leaves.

Description

Executive chef Carlos Barroz and his partners in Palermo Argentinian Bistro on Manhattan’s Restaurant Row have opened this second location in Gramercy. The steakhhouse draws it inspiration from Palermo, a destination in Buenos Aires known for its fashionable bars and restaurants. Chef Barroz introduced seafood from the parrilla to this new location—prepared with the same attention and simplicity that defines their traditional Argentinian cuisine—premium steaks, grilled seafood, seasonal vegetables, housemade pastas, and classic dishes prepared with time and care.
