Palermo Argentinian Bistro - NYC

Description

Meat lovers will love Palermo Argentinian Bistro, where beef reigns supreme. Orhan Cakir, the force behind the Pierre Loti wine bar in Gramercy, has teamed up with executive chef Carlos Barroz, formerly of La Pulperia, to open this latest addition to Manhattan’s Restaurant Row. The steakhhouse draws it inspiration from Palermo, a destination in Buenos Aires known for its fashionable bars and restaurants. Set in a three-story brownstone built in 1894, the bi-level restaurant brings traditional Argentinian barbecue centering on prime steaks sourced from the nearby century-old Piccinini Brothers butcher shop.
