Negril BK spreads out over three rooms: a splashy tropical-theme dining room, a happening lounge and a private rum speakeasy, combining for more than 200 seats in all. This Caribbean getaway in Park Slope serves ample well-seasoned plates of rotisserie jerk chicken, oven-roasted whole fish and lush, tender braised oxtail prepared by Kingsley John, a chef from the West Indies and a veteran of Marcus Samuelsson’s Red Rooster.
