A cozy restaurant interior with wooden tables and chairs, vibrant patterned walls, and warm hanging lights. The ceiling has exposed beams, and plants decorate the high shelves, complementing the artistic atmosphere.

Description

In Tagalog, the word "Naks" carries the beautiful essence of surprise and admiration, serving as the team's inspiration to craft gastronomic delights that aim to evoke these heartfelt emotions. These meals are meticulously prepared to spark joy and wonder with every flavorful bite. Naks by Unapologetic Foods offers a gastronomic tour of the Philippines framed by the personal memories of the restaurant’s chef, Eric Valdez. Chef Eric is crisscrossing Philippines and taking inspirations from locals homes and smaller towns to present a part of the cuisine that is still hidden from many around the world. There are two ways to experience Naks—a la carte or the communal Kamayan Feast—and each offers its own unique perspective.
