Marian’s is a restaurant by chef Christian Rowan, who was previously at Eleven Madison Park, Nomad, and Bouley. The food incorporates elevated techniques served in a neighborhood dining atmosphere—the team believes that great food doesn’t need to be pretentious. The restaurant is named after Christian’s grandmother, who didn’t cook but loved late night dining in New York.
