With locations in NYC and Canada, Maman takes North American traditions and blends them with French influences to create a café filled with sweet and savory choices that come from locally sourced products. Breakfast and lunch are served in the cozy, rustic space (where the tables are suspended from the ceiling by large ropes), and there are to-go options as well—including quiches, sandwiches and salads—along with coffee and baked goods. The menu rotates in response to what ingredients are available.
