Thanks to Luke Holden's eponymous fish shack (and his father, who owns a company called Portland Shellfish), there's an abundance of Maine shellfish available on a daily basis. Aside from the aforementioned lobster rolls, diners can dive into crab rolls, shrimp rolls and the popular seafood boat, where you get a taste of everything, plus chips and a drink.
