Taking its name from locally owned, locally operated seafood eateries, Lolo’s Seafood Shack is owned by Guyanese chef Raymond Mohan and partner Leticia Skai Young. Lolo’s menu features seafood favorites that might transport you to a beach in the Caribbean or the coastal waters of Cape Cod.
