Les Halles

Out of Business

Description

Known as the home of celebrity chef and author Anthony Bourdain, Brasserie Les Halles is a destination for informal French cuisine in the style of old Parisian market district brasseries. Open from noon to midnight daily, the restaurant offers breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner selections including omelets with Scottish smoked salmon and sour cream, poached eggs with wine and shallots, a hamburger with foie gras terrine and truffle sauce, and roasted duck in pomegranate sauce. An extensive drinks menu features a full complement of Armagnacs, scotches and barista-prepared coffees.
