Le Sia is not your typical Chinese restaurant. Taking a cue from Louisiana crawfish boils, chef Zac Zhang combines Cajun-style seafood with wok-fried technique—resulting in delectable seafood boils with your choice of Sichuan peppercorn, kimchi lime or garlicky Thai chili flavorings. Or perhaps you’d prefer the skewers of meat, seafood or veggies cooked over an open flame. Pork and vegetable dumplings are handmade.
