Description
Joël Robuchon is a master craftsman of beautiful, whimsical bites of modern French cuisine. This grandly designed Meatpacking District venue marks his return to the City after a long absence and offers a bar menu, à la carte selections and “seasonal discovery” and vegetarian menus. The breads are off the charts, and so is salmon tartare with caviar, roasted baby artichoke with chickpea emulsion and the chocolate “sensation” with white chocolate ice cream and Oreo cookie crumble.
