Prospect Heights is home to one of NYC’s best wine bars, showcasing 500-plus bottles from natural, organic and biodynamic producers, all small-production wines. The savvy, friendly staff makes it fun, not intimidating. The space is inviting too—done in pale, natural colors—and has a pleasant patio out back for drinking alfresco. The food is likewise high quality, including items like rib-eye au poivre and leeks with quail egg, potato chips and Pedro Ximénez vinaigrette.
