With a dazzling dining gallery featuring 40-foot glass ceilings, this one-of-a-kind brasserie is built in the tradition of the Belle Époque, inspired by elegant and ornamental Art Nouveau style. The menu highlights timeless French classics, from hors d’œuvres and plats principaux to desserts crafted to embody true joie de vivre, alongside a diverse selection of prime steaks, an in-house dry-aged meat program, and premium A5 Japanese wagyu. In addition to the proprietary Boucherie Wine Collection and classic cocktails, La Grande Boucherie also features an inspired menu of absinthe-driven signature drinks.
